Relief Branch Manager – H&L Rapid True Value                                  

Purpose of the Role

To cover planned and unplanned branch leadership gaps in the network and support the efficient execution of assigned store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets through effectively leading employees in delivering an excellent customer experience and managing inventory, sales and expenses within established guidelines.

 Principal Responsibilities 

• Support continuity at locations as assigned, to ensure that appropriate coverage is executed when and as needed across the network,

Minimum Education & Experience

• BSc. in Management Studies, Business Administration, or equivalent,
• 3 years’ work experience at a supervisory level preferably in a retail environment, with direct, involvement in inventory management and employee relations,
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Word,
• Working understanding of the 5S Methodology.
