This role would be responsible for driving growth of assigned brands in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1) To act as Sales Expert for the markets where there is a local distributor
2) To drive portfolio expansion through assortment solutions
3) Work within Markets to design new models & unlock white spaces in terms of consumer groups (e.g. ethnic, religious minorities) & channels (e.g. travel retail, health and wellbeing)
4) Ensure annual JBP alignment and execution with assigned customers
5) Planning and Forecasting sales breakup for full year at a brand and SKU level planning to be shared and implemented with the help of distributors team
6) Plan execution plans of new launches and promo activities
7) Ensure provision of budget and reporting
8) Provide analytical insights and recommend actions based on the analysis of market situation, secondary reporting and competition.
9) Contribute to selected innovation projects on behalf of sales team in the region
10) Support team on S&OP process inputs from customers across region
11) Working with Sales Ops on collecting orders according to the forecast and providing to the relevant Hub
12) Maintaining library of relevant marketing, trade marketing materials, trainings, presentations for the customers.
13) Maintain actual pricing and portfolio templates for customers in scope
14) Cycles of S&OP, order management, secondary sales reporting
