The Brand Coordinator is responsible for ensuring brand execution, campaign rollouts, and market-specific adaptation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure seamless execution of regional brand campaigns in collaboration with BUs and agencies.
Localize global/regional marketing assets to meet market-specific needs.
Work with Advertising Agency to adapt creative and digital content for different territories.
Support BU Marketing Managers in executing trade promotions, in-store activations, and product launches.
Ensure all campaign toolkits, sales materials, and promotional assets are available to local teams.
Monitor execution of trade marketing materials in-store and online.
Lead the process for label design, approval, and regulatory compliance for all product categories.
Work with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and timely development of packaging materials.
Ensure all labels meet legal, safety, and brand identity requirements before production.
Track campaign effectiveness using market data, sales impact reports, and digital analytics.
Provide monthly performance reports to the Regional Brand Manager.Identify areas for improvement in campaign execution and consumer engagement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
+ 3 years of experience in brand execution, trade marketing, or campaign coordination.
Knowledge of advertising execution, sales support, and trade activation strategies.
Project Coordination – Effectively manages multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
Execution & Attention to Detail – Ensures all brand materials are delivered and implemented correctly.
Collaboration & Relationship Management – Works effectively with BUs, Sales Teams, and Agencies.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Quickly resolves execution challenges in various markets.
Analytical Thinking – Tracks performance data to optimize brand execution.
