Region Manager - Kingston & St. Catherine

Mother’s Food Group is seeking a suitable candidate to join the Retail Operations Team in the position of a Region Manager. The successful candidate should be performance-driven and will be responsible to oversee a group of restaurants.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that all individual units within specified region are profitable.
• Meet set sales and service standard targets in all restaurants in specified region.
• Provide leadership and innovation to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Maintain approved inventory levels while minimizing spoilage and variances.
• Train, develop and evaluate restaurant managers within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Management Studies or equivalent studies.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Food Service Environment OR
• Diploma in Management or Business Studies.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a Food Service Environment.
