JOB SUMMARY:
This person is responsible for delivering candidate service by handling candidate inquiries and providing accurate responses to resolve issues using a variety of channels within the Candidate & Intern Care process area. The Recruitment Support Specialist will perform such tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to ensure candidate satisfaction and quality standards are met.
Essential duties include:
Ensure candidate inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner and in accordance with established service levels.
Communicate with Talent Acquisition Manager and team members, and provide status updates, escalations as needed.
Ensure that the processes are executed in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Research root cause for recurring issues and recommend mitigating solutions.
Escalate complex inquiries to Talent & Culture (T&C) process teams and Talent Acquisition Manager.
Ensure timely resolution of candidate service inquiries using the shared mailbox.
Become knowledgeable of the FAQ processes supported by the shared mailbox.
