Talent and Culture Senior Recruiter

 Note: Must be an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica’s delivery center, “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS),” operates from Kingston and is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”). The Client’s Workforce Shaping Operations function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Talent and Culture Talent Acquisition team. Team members within the delivery center work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support Client’s back-office operations.

JOB SUMMARY: 
The Talent Acquisition - Recruitment, Senior Associate, is responsible for executing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer. This position requires a strong background in recruiting and knowledge of the labor market. 

Additionally, the role will work closely with the KPMG US onshore teams to design, develop, plan, and implement full-cycle recruitment strategies. These strategies support the goals of attracting, retaining, and growing the pool of qualified US candidates.
