Job Summary:
The Supervisor Recruiting is responsible for leading a team that researches, sources, recruits, screens and interviews qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Partners with the recruiting team to ensure their team is meeting expectations.
Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine the knowledge, ability, skills, and other qualifications required for candidates.
Assists and coaches team on developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
Assists and coaches team on initiating contact with potential candidates to conduct initial screening and schedule interviews accordingly.
Ensures all employees have an effective orientation in to iQor.
Drives continuous improvement for team through trend reporting analysis, metrics management and encouraging team members to improve their own skills.
Ensures culture on team is positive.
Offers new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Identifies and implements new practices and processes.
Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. Implements training and development strategy on a regular and consistent basis.
Leads by example.
Establishes new measurement systems if/where possible.
Exchanges knowledge and information with other members of Recruiting team to ensure best practices are shared throughout the iQor organization.
Generates reports and maintains records in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local employment-related legislation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years Recruiting or Sourcing experience.
Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience required.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
