Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including social media and professional networks, to build talent pipelines.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:
