Our Client within the Banking/Financial Services, has a vacancy for a Reconciliation Agent (Temporary Full-Time position). Position is based in Port of Spain.

Reconciliation Agent (6-month contract)

Monthly Salary: TT $7,450.00 

Location: Port-of-Spain

The Reconciliation Agent will be responsible for performing in depth investigations related to a specific product/service as part of the GL reconciliation processes and provide comprehensive resolution to client inquiries. 

 Qualifications, Experience & Critical Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum of three (3) years experience with specific exposure to accounts reconciliation
• ACCA Level I or equivalent (FIA, CAT)
• CAPE Level (Units 1 and 2) passes, of which one of the subjects must be Accounting 
• At least five (5) CXC/GCE ‘O’ level passes at General Proficiency (English and Mathematics compulsory)  
• Attention to detail and able to multi-task and adjust to a high pace environment
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written with strong organizational skills
• Strong computer proficiency: Internet; MS Office – especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent work ethic: reliability, responsibility and ability to work independently with little direct supervision
