Supervise, control, operate the system and execute the offshore operations for the ROV systems.

Supervise, control, operate the system and execute the offshore operations for the ROV systems, in accordance with the service orders of the contracts and the company's safety standards, acting on board platforms, or on special vessels or from the ROC, guiding the team, ensuring the safety of personnel and maintenance, conservation and operability of the equipment, in order to meet the contractual conditions signed and the established safety standards. Perform mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical, preventive or corrective maintenance

Undertake regular safety meetings and risk assessments. Lead and promote good QHSSE standards and practices. Effective use of safety management processes for reporting of near miss and incidents

Engage in training and assessing for eROV pilot technicians and eROV pilots within the Global Technical Competence Management system and  Academy. Highlight any training requests to the manager. Ensure project procedures and safety documentation is available to project personnel

Actively participate in Supports QHSSE audits and inspections. Report safety-critical equipment found expired or defective to the manager
Maintain good communications with eROV team and local management Supervisor. Engage with project risk assessment process. Highlight any potential QHSSE issues.

Act under the instruction of Superintendent or the client. Ensure regular audits of project deliverables for accuracy. Highlight and report any issues to Superintendents and Technical Managers. Maintain good communications with Superintendents and Technical Mangers. Organising and manage team Effective handling of emergency situations / management of ROV team in such situations Ensure all project, shift hand over, RA, TBT documents are all updated. Ensure that the eROV is fully operational during project requirements
Responsible for maintenance of eROV and USV equipment.
Responsible for maintenance procedures and support documentation. Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the company management system

Education Bachelor Or an equivalent combination of 
education and experience.
Experience in the 
(technical) discipline
Advanced Experience in operating and supervising 
ROV operations.
ROV & USV operational & maintenance 
practices.
Comprehensive understanding of 
electrical distribution, on ROV, survey 
equipment, and on-site operations.
Management 
experience in this job
Advanced Supervise Technicians and operators in 
adherence to defined procedures and 
practices to ensure compliance with safe
& sustainable operations.
License/certification/ 
qualification
 Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
 Must be able to obtain and maintain all credentials for offshore work 
such as TWIC, passport, water survival, and OGUK certification

English Proficient
Other  At least 5 years' experience in a similar role supporting ROV operations.
 Work is primarily a hands-on technical on-site support role, but there 
will also be office-based support required.
 When on-site, work environment can be loud and you will be regularly 
exposed to vibration, frequently exposed to outdoor weather 
conditions, occasionally will be exposed to wet or humid conditions 
(non-weather related), working near moving mechanical parts, 
fumes/airborne particles, extreme cold or heat (non-weather related), 
risk of electrical shock, and working in high precarious places are 
possible, so TRA and safe practices must to adhered to.
 Must have excellent and effective oral communication
