Job Summary:
The Quality Coordinator ensures that service standards are consistently met through audits, inspections, and analysis. This role involves gathering guest feedback, conducting internal service audits, and generating reports to help maintain and improve quality standards across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular internal service audits and follow up on department checklists.
2. Analyze guest satisfaction scores and coordinate actions based on feedback.
3. Compile monthly audit results, incidents, and guest complaints to report to Quality Control Management.
4. Oversee inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation, product, and service standards.
5. Maintain organized files and records for easy access.
6. Manage external audit reports and summarize results for internal improvement.
7. Create necessary reports and formats for surveys and quality tracking.
