To inspect all raw and packaging materials used in production and to ensure finished product meets quality and safety standards.

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Requirements:

1. Monitor and document all aspects of processing, using written procedures as standards.
2. Inspect and test all raw materials and packaging materials at point of arrival.
3. Conduct examinations and prepare reports regarding all rejected raw material and/or packaging material.
4. Inspect both Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses to ensure proper storage conditions.
5. Document the results of all inspections and testing with accuracy.
6. Monitor and document Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure they are being followed and report any variances to management.
7. Coordinate the calibration of all test equipment.
8. Work with management to provide feedback regarding accuracy of procedures.
9. Conduct Research and Development Trials as required.
10. Evaluate the shelf life of all products, including Research and Development samples.
