We're hiring a Purchasing Officer

The Purchasing Officer plays a key role in ensuring the efficient sourcing and procurement of goods, services, and materials required for bakery operations. This position involves negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing and delivery terms, monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and conducting market research to identify cost-effective and reliable purchasing options. The role requires strong relationship management with vendors and suppliers while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills & Certifications:

• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and procurement software.
