This position is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and hygiene standards of the hotel, particularly in areas that guests frequently interact with, such as the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms.

JOB FUNCTION:

• Ensure public areas are free of obstacles and hazards that may cause injury or inconvenience to guests.
• Remove waste from public spaces and ensure that all garbage bins are emptied regularly.
• Sort and dispose of recyclables in accordance with hotel policies.
• Provide exceptional service to hotel guests by ensuring that public areas are always welcoming and pristine.
• Respond promptly to guest requests regarding the cleanliness of public spaces or provide assistance as needed.
• Ensure the appearance of public areas supports a comfortable and positive guest experience.
• Thoroughly clean all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other guest-facing spaces.
• Perform tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all public restrooms are clean, fully stocked with supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and properly maintained.
• Clean and maintain outdoor public spaces such as patios, entrances, and walkways.
