The Project Control Officer will be responsible for the manual coordination of the ATM Portfolio Rationalization initiative through the planned expansion and optimization of the current ATM footprint pan Caribbean in support of the Physical Network Strategy

Project Control Officer (1-year contract)

Qualifications and Experience:

 Must-Have:

• Up to 5 years of project-related experience
• Proven experience managing projects with moderate complexity
• Strong planning, coordination, and interdependencies management skills
• Corporate Real Estate Project experience (specific to ATMs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Stakeholder management expertise

 Nice-to-Have:

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent

 Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Oversee the decommissioning of approximately 23 off-site ATMs across 10 markets and 10 Full Function ATMs across 5 markets
• Coordinate commissioning/relocation of 8 ATMs across 6 markets based on site readiness and prioritization
• Align with SATM deployment plans for approximately 103 ATMs across all markets
• Manage storage and deployment of spare parts from decommissioned ATMs across the network
• Oversee e-waste disposal from decommissioned ATMs
• Coordinate interdependencies between Premises Planning and SATM projects while supporting ATM Portfolio Rationalization
