SUMMARY OF JOB

Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently, coordinates material availability,optimizes inventory levels, identifies process improvements, and ensures compliance with regulations, standards and ANSA McAL Group policies and procedures to facilitate optimum business operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adequate stock levels for production needs, while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
• Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to coordinate material availability and production capacities.
• Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks or constraints; develop strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve overall efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the production process; implement measures to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics ensuring sure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Performs all other relevant duties as required to ensure optimum operation of the business.
