To work with the Production Team to ensure that all processing are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with Sales and Marketing to ensure that we receive the Sales orders and projections to allow sufficient time for
planning raw materials, packaging materials and labour requirements.
• Enter all export orders on production plan spreadsheet and update revisions on a timely basis.
• Enter monthly packaging stock count on weekly plan to calculate and monitor weekly requirements inclusive of cello,
bags and cartons.(NEW)
• Verify with Sales and Marketing, Customs and Finished Goods Warehouse list of Export orders for the current week.
• Check with Raw Material Warehouse on a weekly basis for packaging material receipts and maintain a theoretical stock
of packaging material available.

• Prepare weekly and daily schedules with the assistance of the Senior Production Planner.
Track production daily to ensure planned production is achieved and adjust schedules to meet demands.
Other Duties :
• Other duties assigned by the Plant Manager to ensure the efficient operations of the plant.
• Participate in the company’s Quality and Food safety programs.
• Perform specified duties of Senior Production Planner in his/her absence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:
• At least five (5) CSEC / CXC 'O'Levels including English and Mathematics
• A Certificate or Diploma in Operation Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management would be an asset
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in production planning and scheduling techniques
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Sound interpersonal skills
