The production coordinator oversees the production process ensuring timely scheduling and execution of jobs.
Key duties
Plan, coordinate, schedule and oversee daily work of crews related to operations and administrative tasks.
Resolve scheduling conflict including communication within and between departments and clients.
Keep stakeholders informed of timelines, deadlines and changes regarding work assignments and installations.
Oversee maintenance activities including collecting and returning materials, equipment and check off balances.
Prepare daily logs and reports.
Monitor safety practices of work crew
Coordinate delivery and pick up
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management or Production
2 years experience in planning and logistics
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
High integrity and analytical
