Production Assistant

Assist in managing production, ensuring quality control, staff training, machinery maintenance, meeting deadlines, and adhering to safety regulations

Production Assistant Responsibilities Assistant Manager/Supervisor to ensure that the daily and scheduled cleaning of the lines and their sections are properly executed,

- Assistant before production workers leave. Assist Supervisor/ Ensure Pre-production checks

– ex. Rollers gapped correctly, side pieces correctly positioned, cutting carriage aligned etc.

- allocate resources, and manage production timelines to meet delivery deadlines work with quality control personnel, Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure products meet specifications and standards -

- Assisting staff, leading and motivating production teams, assigning tasks/targets, providing training, and addressing performance issues.

- Assist the maintenance and repair of production machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency as instructed by management. -

- monitor staff to ensure duties are being carried out effectively & efficiently during/post production Ensure adherence to all company safety regulations and procedures Ex. Wearing of respirators Problem-solving, Identifying and resolving production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process. -

- Ensure production starts on time, and ends when target requirements have been achieved
