Power Platform Developer and Data Engineer

We're seeking a Power Platform Developer & Data Engineer skilled in Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate, with strong data engineering expertise to build scalable solutions and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools:

  • Power BI dashboards and reports

  • Power Apps for custom business applications

  • Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate processes

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions

• Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data models

• Connect to a variety of data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, Dataverse, etc.)

• Optimize data structures and queries for performance and scalability

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle

• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and business users in an agile environment

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate (at least one is required; more is preferred)

• Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Dataverse, Power Query, DAX, and M (Power BI language)

• Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with third-party systems via APIs, connectors, and webhooks

• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-400, DP-203)

• Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, or Data Lakes

• SAP Development Experience
