The Policy and Process Analyst will develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for key operational areas within our organization.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Policy and Process Analyst to develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures for key operational areas within our organization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency across accounts receivables, accounts payables, procurement, treasury, and inventory management.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in relevant software tools and systems, including Microsoft Office and financial management systems.
  • Collaborative: Works well in a team environment, engaging with stakeholders from finance, operations, and procurement to gather insights and foster buy-in.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Takes initiative in identifying challenges and proposing practical solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Detail-Oriented: Pays meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy development and compliance monitoring

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, draft, and implement policies related to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Local and Foreign Procurement, Treasury, and Inventory Management of both finished products and raw materials.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and procurement to gather insights and ensure policies are practical and effective.
  • Create clear documentation for new policies and processes. Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure understanding and adherence.
  • Prepare reports on policy effectiveness, compliance issues, and recommendations for adjustments to management.
