Plant Reliability Engineer – Clarendon Distillers Limited
This exciting role is essential to maintaining the heart of our operations, ensuring the equipment and facilities run at peak performance.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Lead Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement maintenance strategies using total productive maintenance (TPM) to enhance equipment performance, availability, reliability, and lifespan.
• Lead Maintenance Operations: Oversee execution of all planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring real-time updates in CMMS to track and track and meet KPIs, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Operations and Project teams on equipment upgrades, replacements, and installations to support production goals.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety protocols and ensure compliance of all activities with industry regulations and company policies.
• Mentor & Develop Team: Inspire and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Budget management: Manage the maintenance budget and inventory to ensure cost-effective and timely availability of spares.
Qualifications & Experience:
• B.Sc., Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field).
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance management in a manufacturing setting, ideally in a distillery or similar environment.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance planning, tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Strong technical expertise in production machinery, utilities, and maintenance best practice
