Parts Sales Supervisor (San Fernando)

The Parts Sales Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Parts Sales Division.

THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY AND LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME. 

Our client in the Automotive Industriy, located in the San Fernando, is seeking a Parts Advisor 

SALARY: The proposed salary is $10,000-$12,000 with a travelling allowance of $1,000.00 and a cellphone allowance of $200.00.

HOURS OF WORK:  Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 4:30pm & every other Saturdays - 8am to 12:30pm.

MAIN TASKS
 Supervising the Parts Sales Team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
 Develop Sales Promotions and ensure Promotional Sales Targets are met.
 Conduct Market and Customer Surveys to ensure Spare Parts Price Competitiveness.
 Prepare Parts Sales Reports.
 Resolve customer complaints.
 Log and monitor lost sales to improve customer satisfaction.
 Assist with executing the Division’s staff training plans.
 Develop and monitor guidelines for ensuring customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM EDUCATION SKILLS
 Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management or related field.
 2 years Supervisory experience in Sales preferably in a Spare Parts environment.
 Proven track record in Sales.
 Ability to deliver superior customer service
 Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
 Computer literate
