Paint Mixing Technician ( Kingston & Montego Bay)

The successful candidate should possess effective communication skills, a strong work ethic/good attitude, and enjoy working in a team environment.

The candidate must have an eye for color accuracy. Ensuring that the paint is the correct consistency and match for the application method. The successful candidate will mix and match automotive paint to a customer’s requests with formulas provided.  

Must maintain the high standards of our automotive finishes.

Keeping track of inventory and ordering new paint and bases as needed.

Perform routine checks to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.

Must have:

One year previous experience in a similar role.

Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements is required to accurately mix and match automotive paint.

Minimum of 4 CXC successful passes including English and Mathematics

Comprehensive training will be provided.
