The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for the CEO among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners and provide administrative support for the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for the CEO among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners and provide administrative support for the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. He/She will also work collaboratively with teams on short- and long-term projects to provide necessary administrative and coordinating support.

 JOB DUTIES

  • Preparing reports, presentations and communications stemming from the Office of the CEO.
  • Leading projects, managing budgets, and coordinating activities across the company related to Employee Engagement and Customer Experience.
  • Contributing to market research and trend analysis in support of innovation initiatives.
  • Supporting with process review and improvement initiatives.
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external meetings and events for the Office of the CEO.
  • Providing executive support to the Office of the CEO.

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience or any relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
