This Organizational Development (OD) position will lead the ongoing development and management of iQor’s career and leadership development programs such as sQholars. They will also help develop the new career pathways for the expansion of the sQholar program to other job types.

Job Summary:

This Organizational Development (OD) position will lead the ongoing development and management of iQor’s career and leadership development programs such as sQholars. They will also help develop the new career pathways for the expansion of the sQholar program to other job types.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sQholar programs.
  • Help to ensure that all sQholars complete their program curriculum.
  • Report on the progress of sQholar participants.
  • Schedules and conducts all new sQholar orientations and graduation ceremonies.
  • Maintains the sQholar database tracking promotions and movements of sQholar graduates.
  • Identifies red flags and progress issues addressing them with management.
  • Help create and implement other sQholar career pathways, such as IT, QA, HR, & WFM. 
  • Follow up and be prepared for FAQ’s regarding sQholar questions and requests.
  • Provide support to the OD team ensuring an open line of communications to operational and program leads.
  • Support related DE&I initiatives as they align with career development programs.
  • Provide support for all OD career development programs and help to build efficiencies.
  • Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Career and Leadership Development.

 

Skills Requirements:

  • Experience in Organizational Development or Human Resources or related field a plus.
  • Project management experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting and communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver. 
  • Self-driven, a stickler for details and a fast study who can apply their knowledge to operational excellence. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience in adult learning theories and instructional methodologies.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in OD or related role.

 

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior/Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related discipline from an accredited university. Associate Professional in Talent. Development (APTD) Certification a plus. Training and/or Coaching Experience – Certified Coach  

 

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
