Operations Technology Team Lead/Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction for the organization by planning and implementing processes for Operational Technology (OT) systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base for all OT systems, technologies, and supporting systems, including contracts, logins, manuals, procedures, diagrams, and instructions.
• Develop, maintain, and test OT-related Incident Response plans for each company location.
• Collaborate with OT vendors and service teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and communication issues across company assets.
• Ensure the Engineering and Operations teams are effectively supported through OT systems and solutions.
• Possess knowledge of various OT system protocols such as ICCP (Inter-Control Centre Protocol), DNP3 (Distributed Network Protocol 3), and Modbus.
• Have working knowledge of communication technologies including fibre optics, 900 MHz serial, Ethernet radios, radio hubs, cable modems, cellular modems, and other devices.
• Coordinate with the IT Department to ensure secure and operational communication between IT and OT systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with OT systems.
• Proficient in OT systems, protocols, software, and technology.
• Experience with various communication methods (wired, wireless, serial, radios, etc.).
• Relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
