Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory management, and exceptional customer service. This hands-on role will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to align processes, meet customer needs, and ensure stores are replenished efficiently to maintain optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Oversee inventory control, receiving, dispatching, and layout optimization.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for deliveries and in-store purchases.
• Maintain strict control of products leaving the warehouse and manage stock counts.

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to align operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate to ensure stores are restocked within deadlines and optimize store inventory levels

• Enforce and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and address evolving needs.
• Track key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Manage staffing, including rostering, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Foster a high-performance, cooperative team culture.

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, fleet, and equipment within budgeted parameters.
