Job Purpose
To provide support to the Office / Station Supervisor in the management of the assigned location. The Office Coordinator will:
-Act back-up for the Supervisor when the Supervisor is not present at the Office / Station.
-Act as back-up for RSA’s when they are not present at the Office / Station.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Work together with the Office Supervisor and support the Sales Team.
-Associate Degree in Business Management or a related discipline with three (3) years proven track record and experience in a customer focused environment and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-Computer literate and experience in the use of Microsoft Office and the ability to utilize web-based systems.
-Front facing customer experience skills to enhance the customer experience, communication, posture and patience is required.
-Working knowledge and experience in social media and digital marketing will be a definite asset.
-Valid T& T driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
-Ability to drive manual transmission will be an asset.
-Ability and willingness to work on a shift basis inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
-Current Police Certificate of Good Character (the successful candidate will supply same to SSS on a six month basis.)
