As a Nutritionist you will assess team members' dietary needs, develop healthy menu options, and provide nutritional guidance to promote well-being, collaborating with culinary staff to ensure dishes meet nutritional standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•	Dietary Needs Assessment:
• Assess team members' dietary needs, preferences, and any allergies or restrictions.
• Provide personalized nutrition recommendations and meal plans.

Menu Development:
•	Collaborate with the culinary team to develop healthy and appealing menu options.
• Ensure dishes meet nutritional standards and dietary requirements.
• Conduct nutritional analysis of menu items.

Nutritional Guidance:

• Provide nutritional information and advice to the team members.
• Conduct cooking demonstrations and workshops on healthy eating.
• Create educational materials about healthy food choices.
• Food Service Support:
• Assist with food service operations, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices.
• Monitor food quality and safety.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu development and food preparation meet nutritional standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding nutrition information and dietary requirements.
• Research and Development:
• Stay up to date on the latest nutrition research and trends.
• Contribute to the development of new and innovative healthy dishes and recipes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a food service or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and dietary guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of International cuisine
