The gift shop Customer Service Agent/Cashier sells products and work with customers to find what they want, answer any questions customers may have, and ensure a smooth and efficient buying process.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT/CASHIER

Location: Lucea, Hanover

  Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to sell products
  • Perform computerized cash register sales transactions (QuickBooks)
  • Process payments in terms of cash, debit and credit cards
  • Work with gift shop manager to ensure inventory is correct
  • Greet customers as they walk in.
  • Print Daily Sales Receipts.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge of cash management
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Knowledge of mathematics
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures
  • Able to communicate effectively—both orally and in writing
  • Ability to set up display cases
  • Stock shelves    
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Dependable
  • Ability to display professionalism
  • Attention to Details.
