SUMMARY
The Night Auditor is responsible for the accounting of all daily sales activity and reporting of this data in accordance with the company’s Policies and Procedures.
The incoming Night Auditor will be expected to work a regular shift of 11 pm – 7 am once assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or related field.
- Understanding of hotel’s night audit procedures.
- Minimum two (2) years related experience.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of PBX Operation and Northstar or similar Front Desk Software.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Candidate must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to marshal projects and being time-sensitive.
- Ability to interact with a discerning and diverse group of clients.
- Team oriented, strong work ethic, trustworthy with a positive/upbeat attitude.
- Effective organization and time management skills.
