POSITION I: CUSTOMER SERVICE & (SOFT) SALES AGENT
Job Summary
Join a dynamic home essentials company as a Customer Service/Sales Agent. You’ll drive sales through inbound/outbound calls, pitch products, and provide excellent customer service in a tech-driven startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume calls and schedule introductory calls.
- Engage with customers on social media, responding to inquiries.
- Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Focus on B2C sales, bringing energy and persistence to customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of call center or customer service experience.
- Strong sales mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer tools and social media.
- 3 CSEC/CAPE or City & Guilds required; NVQJ/Associates Degree preferred; upselling/cross-selling experience is a plus.

The Collections Agent is responsible for negotiating and resolving overdue accounts while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers about outstanding debts and ensure legislative compliance.
- Meet revenue targets, resolve disputes, and monitor delinquent accounts.
- Recommend actions for bad debts and perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong technical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and dependable.
- 3 CXCs, including English Language
- 1+ year in customer service, with collections experience preferred.
POSITION III: SALES AGENT
Job Summary
The Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering excellent customer service. The role is with a pioneering company connecting customers to financial advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments for Onboarding Specialists.
- Follow scripts and work flexible hours (nights/weekends) as needed.
- Focus on outbound B2C sales and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
- 1+ year in call center and outbound sales
- Strong sales mentality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new tools.

POSITION IV: SECURITY OFFICER
Job Summary
The Security Officer ensures a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance, and enforcing security policies.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol property, monitor surveillance, and control access points.
- Report irregularities and ensure compliance with policies.
- Maintain security by monitoring entrances, preventing theft, and using detecting devices.
- Complete reports, maintain legal compliance, and contribute to team efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a similar security role with strong listening and surveillance skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, provide excellent service, and exercise good judgment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- 3 CXC/GCE subjects (including English) or NCTVET Certificate; PSRA License required.
