 Job Description

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Track all client/visitor travel on site itinerary
  • Make hotel and Club Mobay reservations for visitors as requested
  • Arrange for airport/hotel/site pick-ups and drop-offs as needed
  • Coordinate multiple transportation vendors for office needs (visitors and staff)
  • Maintain business relationships with local vendors in hotel, restaurant, transportation, and excursion services
  • Working with other operations support to take care of client/visitor onsite needs/requests
  • Oversee bus schedules, routes and bus capacity on each route for service efficiency.
  • Monitor and report issues relating to all service routes.
  • Create and update policies and guidelines relating to staff transportation.
  • Ensure staff and drivers are compliant to company policies and guidelines relating to staff transportation.
  • Prepare weekly reports to reflect actual service and bus capacity levels in comparison to set schedules and expected capacity.
  • Monitor the Bus Hotline numbers, ensuring that all issues and queries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Complete dispatch reports to be reconciled with vendor invoices.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Executive Assistant or the VP of Operations.

Additional Job Description

MAIN job requirements

Education and specific Training

  • High School Education or equivalent

Work experience

  • Minimum of 1 year call center experience (preferably at least 6 months with Teleperformance)
  • At least 90 days in current position highly desired

None required
