Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser with strong analytical skills to join our team. This role combines traditional merchandising responsibilities with the ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product displays, inventory levels, and promotional activities while also providing insights to improve sales performance and optimize product assortments.

Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising Strategy:
• Develop and execute merchandising plans aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing, reflect the brand, and are strategically placed to drive sales.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer preferences to adjust merchandising tactics.
Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales performance to make recommendations on product reorders, markdowns, or discontinuation.
Data Analysis:
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights and reports to support decision-making in pricing, promotions, and product assortments.
• Use analytical tools to forecast sales, measure the effectiveness of merchandising strategies, and track performance against KPIs.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to implement cross-functional initiatives.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Promotions & Events:
• Plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring products are well-positioned during peak times.
• Collaborate with sales teams on special campaigns and events to maximize sales impact.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in merchandising software, retail management systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
