Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for sales and merchandising? A leading distributor of pharmaceutical products is seeking a Merchandiser to join their team! This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of merchandising strategies, maintaining optimal product visibility, and driving sales at assigned points of sale (POS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper product display, visibility, and cleanliness at assigned retail locations.
• Maintain effective relationships with store managers and POS contacts to optimize merchandising execution.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability on shelves and additional displays.
• Provide real-time feedback on competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
• Execute promotional strategies, including placement of advertising materials and managing promotional displays.
• Accurately report inventory, sales performance, and market trends using established reporting formats.
• Work closely with logistics teams at POS to align with planograms and special promotional campaigns.
• Identify and secure additional product display spaces to maximize visibility and sales.
• Assist with the placement of branded furniture and promotional materials.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and contribute to business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in merchandising, sales, or retail operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in merchandising or sales are a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with store personnel and supervisors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and reporting tools.
• Creativity and proactivity in improving product visibility and brand presence.
