The Member Relations & Operations Officer ensures exceptional service to members, recruits new members to drive Credit Union growth, and promotes products and services to meet financial needs. This role involves member engagement, operational support, and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, promoting products, and assisting with financial transactions.
2. Drive recruitment through outreach, events, and partnerships to expand the credit union's membership base.
3. Process transactions, assist with loans, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with policies.
4. Update and secure member records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
5. Monitor regulatory adherence, support CUNA-related activities, and act as alternate Compliance Officer.
6. Represent the credit union at events and contribute to marketing initiatives to raise awareness.
7. Partner with the Senior Officer, team, and Board on projects aligned with strategic goals.
