The Payroll Administrator assists by ensuring the department objectives are met, processing Client's requests and payroll accurately in a timely manner.
The Senior Associate contributes to the success of the department by providing advice on best practices and governance frameworks suitable to clients’ needs, and work towards same in an ethical manner, in line with best practices of a professional practice organisation.
The Senior Associate provides advanced accounting services including preparing financial and management reports, completing accounting reconciliations, supports month-end processes. Be a driver for quality and excellent client service delivery.
The Global Support Administrator assists by ensuring the department objectives are met, processing Client's requests and payroll accurately in a timely manner.
The Accounting Associate I takes part in preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reviewing general ledger transactions and events. Articulates an understanding of procedures and workflow of the department and clients.
The Payroll Tax Contractor assists by ensuring the department objectives are met, processing Client's requests and tax matters accurately in a timely manner.
The Associate assists in carrying out quality audits and other assurance services to clients, and leads non-complex engagements. This is achieved by gaining a sound understanding of the clients’ operations, Aegis’ workflows, and standards, and applying to the audit and other assurance engagements.
Leads the engagement team by clearly communicating and assigning tasks, ensuring quality, efficiency and excellent client service. Reports timely and effectively any potential concerns or risks to the Manager.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for filing financial records, reconciling bank statements with the general ledger, updating and maintaining accounting databases, and processing backups.
The Accounts Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for comparing different sets of data and identifying and errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in support of the Accountant and the Accounting department.
