Digital Marketing Executive

The Digital Marketing Executive role will be at the helm of ATL’s (Home, Business/Commercial Products & Services) social media presence, crafting strategies and content that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement. You will work with multiple brands within the company’s portfolio to amplify their unique positioning across social channels, manage their reputations and provide insights that shape their digital footprints.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized social media strategies for each internal client, aligning with their unique branding, audience, objectives, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set clear goals for brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Curate, generate, post, and oversee the execution of compelling social media campaigns, utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email, marketing and display advertising to ensure content is tailored to specific brand narratives and target demographics.
  • Support the creation of compelling, high-quality content tailored for various digital platforms including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and web copy.
  • Manage content calendars ensuring a consistent and timely flow of engaging posts across all platforms.
  • Act as a brand advocate for business categories, building and nurturing online communities through interactive and engaging communication.
  • Use and recommend effective social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and trends, providing timely responses and engaging in relevant conversations.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and audience insights using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Sprout/Agora, and Hub Spot to track and analyze key performance metrics presenting findings to internal clients and recommending adjustments for optimization.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, user engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Regularly evaluate the social media landscape for shifts in consumer behavior and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media, managing budgets and optimizing for the best return on investment.
  • Coordinate with media planners/buyers and all relevant agencies for the integration of paid social efforts into broader media campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum one (1) to three (3) years experience in digital marketing or related role.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey strategies and results to internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, AdWords, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and CRM systems. Knowledge and/or experience in Asana is a plus.
  • Social Media Community Manager Experience (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent human relations, supervisory, communication, time management, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Highly professional, ethical, and of integrity.

Marketing Executive

He/She will assist the Marketing Manager and team in planning and supervising the marketing operations to achieve business objectives. Build, implement, and manage marketing strategies for
assigned brands across various marketing channels.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing brand marketing plans with SMART objectives across various channels and segments.
  • Coordinating marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for assigned brands to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Planning and executing events and negotiating with relevant service providers in consultation with the Marketing Manager.
  • Performing analysis of market potential and utilization including scoping and proposing strategic opportunities to increase brand marketing impact.
  • Conceptualizing, executing, and reporting on all aspects of brand communication projects including copywriting, public relations, and event-related activities.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Analyzing and evaluating industry trends and the competitive landscape which includes working with internal stakeholders to build competitiveness.
  • Making recommendations for new marketing/advertising/promotional activities based on the data collected from marketing research and analysis.
  • Evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of strategic marketing experience and/or Corporate Communications & Public Relations.
  • Experience with brand marketing, digital marketing, event management & planning, and social media marketing with associated analytical skills.
  • Project management driven with strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Asana is a plus.
  • Good time management skills – ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
  • Innovative, forward-thinking, and willing to work enthusiastically to take on multiple marketing-related responsibilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible – responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Actively listens and participates within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing.
  • Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising brand campaigns that delight, engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Possession of a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver’s license.
