The Brand Portfolio Manager is responsible for the strategic management of the company’s various brands to enhance their overall impact, value, and performance in the market, while also maintaining coherence and synergy throughout the entire brand portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales structure at Wisynco Group Limited (WGL), which encompasses the sales strategy, personnel, customers, channels etc.
  • Assist in creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
  • Conduct visits to different customers to monitor availability, placement, pricing, movement, product faults etc.
  • Successfully manage Distributors and direct customers to achieve Company objectives and targets.
  • Communicate any discrepancies to the relevant TWCL and/or WGL representatives and provide proactive solutions to these concerns.  
  • Engage the current customer base while also developing new business relationships through targeted sales strategies.
  • Represent the company effectively demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
  • Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics and making forecasts.
  • Guiding distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Analyze sales and operational reports; employ data-driven insights to predict sales, evaluate profitability and targets, improve brand performance, enhance the distribution of resources, and identify prospective new markets.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team/structure and propose remedial plans.
  • Provide routine reports for TWCL Management.
  • Any other related duties assigned.

EDUCATION/ TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales
  • Proven experience managing a team
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting would be an asset

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
