About the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Some key outcome are:
- Work collaboratively with the Executive Team to ensure that Marketing Operations are aligned to our brand strategy, and will build brand awareness and improve brand affinity.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that support the company's overall business objectives, including brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
- Develop and manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring that all marketing activities are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives and financial results.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends and use this information to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Lead seasonal planning and strategy development for promotional campaigns, new product launches, new features, and other priority initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and overall brand strategy, for effective implementation of programs.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, designed to meet sales goals and KPI’s
- Report regularly on progress of campaigns and initiatives against goals to Leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive insights and understanding of our customer experience to ensure our team is focused and aligned to deliver our product and service to our brand standard.
- Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan to optimise our existing customer experience, touch points and merchandising.
- Manage product and price positioning to build value for target consumer segments.
- Manage and hold accountable any external agencies tasked with providing marketing, creative, materials, other communication or advertising buys; ensuring that all work is delivered to a high standard, on schedule and within budget.
- Track and analyze promotions and campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and use this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Provide continuous training of relevant team members on brand architecture, visibility guidelines and promotions.
- Develop growth plans for marketing team; guide, motivate and delegate effectively to ensure marketing strategies are completed through to execution.
- Implement and maintain an internal brand and communication process that consistently conveys our strategic focus, progress and achievements in a way that engages our team at all levels.

- A broad understanding of local and global QSR Industry Trends, as well as marketing best practices
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field of study
- 5+ years of demonstrated social brand experience strategy on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
- 5+ years in a related field (e.g. customer experience, consumer insights, creative agency or brand management).
- Demonstrated understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., familiarity with customer data platforms, data management platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, digital asset management etc.) and a constant desire to learn more
- 5-7 years in Consumer Brand Management or Marketing, preferably experience within Fast Food Industry or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth.
