ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Collaborate with senior management to create marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer insights.
2. Price Management
- Involves developing and implementing strategies to determine and adjust the pricing of products or services to maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. It requires balancing various factors, such as market trends, costs, demand, and competitor pricing. Below are the key components of price management.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution
- Design, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials (e.g., ads, videos, social media content).
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
4. Digital Marketing Management
- Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content.
- Track and optimize online performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and engagement.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and advertising platforms.
5. Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Monitor brand reputation and manage customer feedback.
- Plan events, sponsorships, or partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
6. Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather insights.
- Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ROI.
- Prepare reports and presentations on campaign performance and market conditions.
7. Collaboration and Communication
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, product development) to align marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
8. Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
- Design strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Create content that educates, entertains, or solves customer problems.
- Monitor and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
9. Budgeting and Reporting
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in field of discipline (having experience specific to the company’s products and services is a plus)
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the use of Google Analytics, CRM systems and advertising platforms
- Experience / Training in the use of Task and or Project Management Software(s)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
