Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, email marketing,
website management, traditional media, and events management, preferably within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, infographics, stories, etc.) for social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media platforms to foster community and enhance customer experience.
- Plan, execute, and analyse paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing content, segmenting audiences, and analysing performance.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Coordinate with traditional media outlets (print, radio, TV) for advertising, press releases, and promotional activities.
- Plan, organize, and manage company events, trade shows, and promotional activities, ensuring successful execution and engagement.
- Track and analyse digital and traditional marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team, sales department, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice and image across all digital and traditional channels.
- Any other functions that are related to the duties abovementioned.
Skills:
a) Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
b) Strong graphic design skills with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
d) Ability to create engaging multimedia content.
e) Knowledge of social media and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
f) Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
g) Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
h) Familiarity with traditional media channels and event planning.
i) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
j) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
