Branch Manager with Hardware experience
THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY, AND RESIDENT IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.
COMPENSATION: $14,000.00 to $16,000.00
Location: Port of Spain
Hours of Work: Mon to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Saturday: 1/2 day 8 am to 12 noon.
Some of duties include:
- Manage branch
- Manage branch employees especially retail Manager, Warehouse Supervisor
- Reporting
- Offer excellent customer services and ensure all employees understand the importance of customer service.
- Oversee the movement of inventory and ensure items available at all times.
- Oversee all billing issued in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure branch housekeeping always at the highest standard
- All other duties to ensure the all policies and procedures are met.
- Reporting to management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related qualifications
Minimum 4 years’ management/ supervisory experience in the retail/ FMCG
industry
Excellent customer service, leadership and collaboration skills
Solid operational experience in managing inventory, warehouse and retail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Any other suitable combination of qualifications and experience
