B. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing Strategy Implementation:
Implement the company’s digital marketing strategies, including conceptualizing, creating, and executing marketing content across various digital platforms.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including product releases and promotional campaigns.
Develop and maintain the digital marketing calendar.
Content Creation and Management:
Assist in creating engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest).
Coordinate with the design team to develop visual content, including graphics, videos, and images.
Publish digital marketing content online, including daily social media posts.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to customers, comments and messages in a timely manner.
Moderate all user-generated content consistent with moderation policies and brand goals.
Engage with our online community, responding to queries and addressing customer dissatisfaction.
Email Marketing:
Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Segment email lists and personalize email content to target different customer groups.
Track and report on email campaign performance metrics.
SEO and Website Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content for search engines.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website content is up-to-date and SEO-friendly.
Monitor website analytics and provide insights for improving user experience and conversion rates.
Digital Advertising:
Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Track ad performance and ROI, providing recommendations for optimization.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyze digital marketing performance data and generate reports to inform strategy.
Stay acutely aware of cultural moments, current and emerging trends, and company events and milestones to create reactive opportunities for our community.
Reporting and Administrative Support:
Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks to support the digital marketing team.
Other Duties:
Support the development and maintenance of a team environment by performing other related duties as may be required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in conceptualizing and creating engaging marketing materials; graphic design and copywriting training and skills considered a plus.
Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content management systems.
Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
Experience with social media scheduling tools.
Able to effectively utilize design tools to support work output.
Training in Fashion considered a plus.
A passion for digital marketing.
Highly creative with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to tell a brand’s story in a conversational manner.
Proactive and adaptable individual.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, inclusive of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking abilities.
Team player with outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
A good understanding of fashion trends and fashion branding.
