Market Development Manager, Ansa Coatings Grenada Limited

The Market Development Manager is responsible for developing and expanding existing and new markets for our products in the region.

Key duties include:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for each export market.

• Travel to key markets to ensure on-ground success and oversee implementation of marketing strategies.

• Manage P&L, advertising budgets, and export market performance reports.

• Foster relationships with new and existing customers to build loyalty.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with AX Dynamics.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track records in sales and customer engagement.
• Must be an excellent communicator (oral & written) with commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Must be highly organized, customer-focused and self-driven.
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or French will be considered an asset.
• Frequent travel is required. Candidate must hold a valid Passport and US Visa.
• Must have a clean Police Record
