RF&G Life Insurance Company, a subsidiary of G.A. Roe & Sons Ltd., located in Belize is seeking a Managing Director to lead their team with visionary leadership and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities

• Execute organizational strategy as determined by the Board of Directors.
• Oversee all business operations, people, and ventures.
• Provide strong leadership by building and managing the senior leadership team.
• Align the company’s goals with its mission, vision, and core values.
• Oversee financial operations and allocate resources effectively.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional insurance qualifications (FLMI, HIA, ACII, CLU, or similar).
• University degree in Management, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s degree in management is an advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in a life insurance company (foreign experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in finance, investment, computer literacy, and technical aspects of life, health, and pension business.
• Proven track record in developing strategic and business plans.
