We are seeking to hire a talented, highly motivated Manager - Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Government. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in business development and project execution, using their expertise to expand our client base and create new business opportunities.

KPMG in CARICOM is seeking to hire talented, highly motivated Manager – Infrastructure, Healthcare, and Government. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in business development and project execution, using their expertise to expand our client base and create new business opportunities. This role will also require collaboration with consulting teams across the region to ensure high-quality service and sustained client satisfaction across Caribbean jurisdictions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients, contributing to and/or managing proposal development.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Oversee client project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of engagements to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional consulting teams to foster knowledge sharing and enhance service delivery across the Caribbean.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing advisory services to a broad range of government, healthcare and international clients.
  • An undergraduate, or preferably a graduate degree in business, healthcare administration or a related field is required.

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrable skills in building relationships with clients, particularly on complex and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to work in demanding situations that require the ability to multi-task on a daily basis.
  • A willingness and capacity to have flexible working times and travel as required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment where priority is placed on delivering quality services and meeting client deadlines.
  • A high degree of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
  • The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
