Manager In Training Cayman

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Manager In Training.

MUST BE RELOCATABLE TO GEORGE TOWN, CAYMAN ISLANDS

-MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGERIAL OR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE

The Manager In Training assists the Store Manager in motivating and inspiring their team to achieve store productivity goals. They help the Store Manager to analyze week-to-date, period-to-date, and year-to-date sales and develop action plans to drive revenue. Other responsibilities include; ensuring the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively, and both the staff and customer experience are positive. Effectively manages store operations, ensuring consistency and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or High school with a minimum of 1-2 years of previous management experience

• Strategic and tactical staff management skills

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Strong fiscal management

-Must speak clear English.

-Computer Literacy
