The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the Client Relations and Marketing department.

The St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla Trading and Development Company Limited (TDC) is a leading private sector company and an equal opportunity employer in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.  TDC is currently seeking applications from experienced, energetic professionals to fill the position of Marketing Manager at the TDC Client Relations and Marketing Department, Fort Street, St. Kitts.

 

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of the Client Relations and Marketing department and will be expected to perform essential duties including:

 

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, the demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Deploy advertising marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Lead customer segmentation and the development and implementation of strategies to ensure customer satisfaction in all segments.
  • Understand each customer segment’s unique needs and preferences and tailoring interactions and communications accordingly.
  • Analyze customer data and develop targeted customer relations campaigns and initiatives to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs and ensure that customer inquiries and issues are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Regularly track customer satisfaction levels and use this information to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable PR activities.
  • Coach, manage, train and motivate customer relations and marketing staff according to company procedures, and policies.
  • Maintain and report on the demand of products and services suitable for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.

 

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • At minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Marketing
  • Qualifications in Digital Marketing and Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience in the field of Marketing

 

Requirements:

  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Pay keen attention to detail and be methodical in approach.
  • Exercise sound independent judgement.
  • Work on own initiative.
  • Work independently as well as in a team.
  • Have advanced computer skills on MS Office and databases.
  • Have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports.
  • Have knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Work flexible hours to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work extended hours as well as on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to undertake continuous training
  • Creative and ideas driven
